BMW 530 Di touring remote locking and brakes

have a problem with my remote central locking, does not work with any of my 3 keys.
also have a noise which sounds like disc may be warped, could it be anything else
please help

I had a sound like my disc's was warped , they were, so they were replaced and no problems since
