engine stutter

E39, 525D '01.
This morning when starting up the engine it stutters quiet strongly and it will not pull as smoothly as before, when i push the pedal all the way it doesnt seem to be going forwards as quickly as before. Have recently changed 2 injectors but i dont thinl this is the issue....
Once it reaches 3000rpm you can feel the pull stopping.
any ideas ?

Actually FYI, this was due to the electrical wires on the injectors that needed to be changed.
