Z4 stereo upgrade Empty Z4 stereo upgrade

Does anyone know how to upgrade the stereo in a Z4 ?
I have an 05 Z4 2.5SE with the standard stereo, BMW Business. I want to add an amp/subs/speakers but I don't want to change the head unit.
