BATTERY DEAD EVERY MORNING Empty BATTERY DEAD EVERY MORNING

Ive got a bmw 318 Ti, M3 lookalike, on a P Reg. The immobilizer was faulty, so had to have it removed. Ever since then if I don't start it roughly every fifteen hours the batter is totally dead. When I jump start it the starting motor just clicks. It is fine every other time! What do you think the problem is? :

BATTERY DEAD EVERY MORNING Empty Re: BATTERY DEAD EVERY MORNING

Hi mate, It could be a few things, but we really need to eliminate the simple things first... it could actually be a faulty alternator or a faulty battery, I think ATS/kwikfit do a test for free... Which is handy if you dont have a tester... but changing the alternator is a home mechanic job should it be faulty, and if you are confident...

I would do this first...

If it turns out these are in good working order, then post back and we'll discuss the issue further...

hope this helps.. Wink
