Flat batteries Empty Flat batteries

Can anyone help out.

My battery keeps flat in my car, i have to carry a booster with me. I havent took it to a garage yet, i hope it isnt an expesive job to put right!?

Any thoughts gents? and ladies.

The first thing to do first would be to get down to a tyre fitters like kwik fit or ATS... these generally offer a free battery/alternator test, so its worth taking that up Wink... If after that, the battery and alternator seem fine, then come back to us, as we have to discuss this further..

Well i went in to kwik fit this morning, and they diagnosed the battery as being faulty and the alternator is charging as it should. So i will get a battery for it today.

usually people forget to check the water in the battery. This kills them.

Im having the same problem, i have had the batt and the altinator checked and its still going flat. Its only going flat when i lock the car though. Is there any reason why the standard imobilsor would make it go flat?
